The amazing staff, the quiet location, the clean room, the terrace with the most beautiful view, the great breakfast, the elevator coming immediately, even the fact that the hotel is pet friendly- everything! We shall come back again and again! It is our favourite hotel in Vienna!

Excellent position to visit the palace and city. Perfect for those traveling by car.
Great position in the city right next to schonbrunn and the metro. Great underground parking right under the hotel.
No minuses but we did not try the breakfast.

Wonderful
Great location, friendly and professional staff, nice garden, quiet room, very comfortable beds, impressive hall, good breakfast.
Wi-fi signals in the room were very weak, practically there was no usable wi-fi in the room as well as the fridge was mouldy. The Schlosscafé is old fashioned with below-average kitchen and a pretty average standard of service.
